What is the 30-day free trial?
All plans come with a 30-day free trial — no credit card required. Try out all features risk-free and see if Scrumrobo is right for your team. You can cancel anytime during the trial period with no charges.
Can I evaluate Scrumrobo before committing?
Yes! Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start your trial. If you have any questions during your evaluation, please reach out — we're here to help.
What happens after the free trial ends?
After your 30-day free trial, you'll be prompted to enter payment information to continue using Scrumrobo. If you choose not to continue, your account will remain accessible in read-only mode so you can export your data.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
How does team-based pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the number of teams, not individual users. For example, the Starter plan at $19/month allows up to 5 teams with up to 25 members in each team. The Pro plan at $29/month offers unlimited teams and members.
How do I pay?
You can add a credit card to your account at any time from your billing settings after your free trial ends, and we'll bill you automatically each month.
Can I sign up just for my team, or does it need to be for my whole company?
Scrumrobo often starts out being used by a single team. However, by default anyone at your company will be able to log in. If you want to restrict access, you can configure access settings in the app.
What if I want to cancel my account?
You can cancel your plan at any time. We'll help you with exporting your data. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Since all plans include a 30-day free trial, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns or issues with billing, please contact us at hi@scrumrobo.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Can I use Scrumrobo at my school?
Yes, Scrumrobo can be used at schools and other educational institutions. Please note, however, that individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Scrumrobo.
Do you offer discounts for education or non-profits?
Yes, we have both education plans and non-profit discounts. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
I'm using Scrumrobo on a plan thats not listed here. Why's that?
We occasionally change and experiment with our pricing plans. If you would like to change your plan to one of the plans listed above, please let us know. We'll do our best to credit your account appropriately.
